Haverton Recruitment is actively sourcing candidates for permanent care roles across Kent and South East London — and we are doing it differently.
Every candidate we work with gets an honest conversation about what a role really involves: the shifts, the travel, the pace, and the rewards. Every employer we work with gets candidates screened to the standard regulated care demands — right to work, full employment history, references — and matched on values as well as experience.
The roles we are currently supporting include care assistants and senior carers, support workers, care coordinators, team leaders, and deputy and registered managers.
Two commitments we make publicly. First, candidates are never charged a fee for finding work — charging work-seekers is unlawful in the UK, and if anyone ever asks you to pay for a job, walk away and tell us. Second, we are honest about sponsorship: we do not provide immigration advice and cannot guarantee visa sponsorship, and we will always tell you where a role stands before you invest your time.
