Haverton Care Limited is a Kent-based adult social care company with two areas of focus: values-led recruitment for the care sector, and domiciliary home care services currently in development. We are led by a care professional with over 15 years' experience in adult social care, including as a CQC registered manager.

Clear answers about Haverton Care’s services, coverage and current stage of development.
About Haverton Care
We are based in Swanley, Kent. Future home care services are being developed for Swanley, Sevenoaks, Dartford, Bexley, Bromley and nearby communities. Haverton Recruitment supports care providers and candidates across England.
Not yet. Our home care service will only begin once CQC registration and all governance, staffing and operational-readiness arrangements are complete. Recruitment is not a CQC-regulated activity, so that service operates now.
Home Care
Not yet. We are not currently providing personal care, and we will not accept care packages until CQC registration is granted. You are welcome to register your interest through our contact page, and we will let you know when services begin.
We are developing domiciliary care — support delivered in your own home. This is expected to include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and companionship. Full details will be published once the service is registered.
Fees will be confirmed when the service launches. Our Costs and Funding page explains how home care is typically paid for in England, including local authority support following a Care Act 2014 needs assessment, NHS Continuing Healthcare, and self-funding.
Once registered, we will be inspected and rated by the Care Quality Commission, and our rating will be displayed on our website and on CQC's website. Behind that sit our recruitment checks, staff training, and quality assurance — built by a former registered manager who has run a Good-rated service.
Recruitment — for candidates
Never. Charging work-seekers a fee for finding them a job is unlawful in the UK, and we will never do it. If anyone ever asks you to pay for a job, do not pay — and please tell us.
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who says they can. Sponsorship depends on the employer holding a Home Office licence and on current immigration rules. We do not provide immigration advice, which may only be given by regulated advisers. We will always tell you honestly whether a role can sponsor before you invest your time.
Permanent roles across adult social care, including care assistants, senior carers, support workers, care coordinators, team leaders, deputy managers, and registered managers.
Care is a regulated sector, so expect right-to-work checks, a full employment history with any gaps discussed, references, and an enhanced DBS check arranged by the employer. We will guide you through what is needed.
Recruitment — for employers
We come from care, not sales. Our recruitment is led by a former registered manager, so screening is built around what regulated services actually need — including the requirements of Schedule 3 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 — and candidates are matched on values as well as experience.
Yes. Haverton Recruitment supports permanent recruitment and temporary staffing by arrangement. Every request is discussed individually, with clear written terms agreed before any placement or supply begins. Candidates and workers are never charged for finding work.
Terms are agreed clearly and in writing before any search begins. Contact us for a conversation about your vacancy.
