Planned future home care area.

Haverton Home Care is based in Swanley, Kent, which is the centre of our planned operating area. From here, future domiciliary care services are being developed across parts of west Kent, the London Borough of Bexley and the London Borough of Bromley, within a travel distance that allows visits to be reliable, punctual and properly supported.

The areas we expect to consider after registration include Swanley and the surrounding villages of Hextable, Crockenhill, Farningham, Eynsford, Horton Kirby, South Darenth, Darenth, Sutton-at-Hone, West Kingsdown and Well Hill.

In the Dartford and Sevenoaks districts, this includes Dartford, Greenhithe, Swanscombe, Longfield, Hartley, New Ash Green, Bean, Wilmington, Stone, Sevenoaks, Otford, Kemsing and Halstead.

Towards Gravesham, this includes Gravesend, Northfleet, Istead Rise and Meopham.

In the London Borough of Bexley, this includes Bexley, Bexleyheath, Welling, Sidcup, Blackfen, Erith, Crayford, Slade Green, Barnehurst and Belvedere.

In the London Borough of Bromley, this includes Bromley, Orpington, Petts Wood, Chislehurst, St Mary Cray, St Paul’s Cray, Chelsfield, Farnborough and Green Street Green.

No regulated personal care is being provided yet. After CQC registration, future packages will only be considered within a practical travelling distance of Swanley so that visits can be punctual, of the correct length and consistent. Where a request falls slightly outside these areas, it will be considered case by case, taking account of whether we can safely and reliably meet the person’s assessed needs. The service area will grow in a planned way only after the service becomes established.
