Suroj Aryal
Adult Social Care Leader • Former Registered Manager • Care Quality and Governance Specialist
Suroj Aryal is an experienced adult social care leader with more than four years’ experience as a Registered Manager across nursing and residential care services.
His career includes leading services supporting older people, including people living with dementia, complex health needs and reduced independence. He has practical experience of the full responsibilities of care leadership, from safe admissions, care planning and medication oversight to safeguarding, staffing, audits, inspections, governance and continuous quality improvement.
Suroj has led teams to strengthen standards across the CQC key questions: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led. His experience includes achieving strong regulatory outcomes, implementing improvement plans, supporting managers and staff, and building systems that promote accountability, learning and person-centred care.
