Haverton Care Limited has officially launched, bringing together two connected missions under one Kent-based company: values-led recruitment for the adult social care sector, and domiciliary home care services now in development for Swanley, Sevenoaks, Dartford, Bexley, Bromley and nearby communities.
Haverton Care was founded on more than fifteen years of frontline experience in adult social care, including leadership as a CQC registered manager. That experience shaped a simple conviction: good care starts with good people, and good people deserve employers who value them.
Our recruitment service is open now. We support care providers and candidates across England with permanent recruitment and temporary staffing by arrangement, using values-based screening and safer recruitment principles. Candidates and workers are never charged for finding work.
Our home care service will follow. We are building it deliberately and transparently: policies, governance, training and safe staffing first, doors open second. Regulated personal care will only be delivered once our Care Quality Commission registration and all operational-readiness arrangements are complete. We will share that milestone here when it comes.
