Candidate Privacy Notice
How Haverton Recruitment handles candidate, job seeker and worker information.
Who this notice is for
This notice is for candidates, job seekers, applicants and workers who contact Haverton Recruitment or are considered for adult social care roles. It should be read alongside our main Privacy Policy.
Information we may collect
We may collect your name, contact details, CV, employment history, qualifications, training, preferred roles, availability, location, right-to-work information, references, interview notes, communication history and information needed to assess suitability for adult social care roles.
Sensitive information
Please do not send passports, DBS certificates, bank details, medical records or other highly sensitive documents through the public website form. If a later recruitment stage requires sensitive information, we will explain what is needed, why it is needed and how it should be provided securely.
Why we use the information
We use candidate information to respond to enquiries, assess experience and suitability, discuss roles, communicate with you, introduce you to employers where appropriate, support safer recruitment processes, and maintain recruitment records.
No candidate fees and sponsorship clarity
Haverton Recruitment does not charge candidates for finding work. We do not provide immigration advice and cannot guarantee visa sponsorship. Where sponsorship may be relevant, this depends on the employer and current rules, and we will communicate honestly.
Sharing information
We will not send your CV or personal details to an employer without a recruitment purpose. Where appropriate, information may be shared with prospective employers, referees you have authorised, verification providers, IT and hosting providers, professional advisers or authorities where required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to update your information, withdraw from a recruitment process, or request information about your data rights. Some records may need to be retained where there is a legal, compliance or legitimate business reason.
