Suroj Aryal
Founder and Director, Haverton Care Limited
Adult Social Care Leader • Former CQC Registered Manager • Care Quality and Governance Consultant
Suroj Aryal is an experienced adult social care leader with more than 15 years’ experience spanning frontline care, operational management and senior leadership. Having progressed from direct care roles into registered management, he brings a practical understanding of the standards, pressures and responsibilities involved in delivering safe, effective and person-centred services.
His leadership experience includes nursing and residential care services supporting older people, including individuals living with dementia, frailty, complex health needs and reduced independence. He has extensive experience in safeguarding, care planning, medicines governance, workforce management, recruitment, supervision, audits, risk management, complaints, regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.
As a Registered Manager, Suroj led a service to achieve a Good CQC rating across all five key questions: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led. He has direct experience of preparing services for inspection, implementing improvement plans, strengthening governance arrangements and helping staff translate regulatory requirements into consistent day-to-day practice.
Suroj’s approach is practical, honest and person-centred. He believes that strong governance should do more than produce compliant records. It should improve safety, strengthen accountability, support staff development and lead to better outcomes for the people receiving care.
Through Haverton Care Limited, Suroj uses his operational experience and regulatory knowledge to support care providers, managers and teams. His work focuses on strengthening quality, improving compliance, developing confident leadership and building sustainable services that are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
