Haverton Recruitment
Find a care role aligned with your values, experience and ambitions.
What we do for you
We help care professionals find permanent roles that fit your values, your experience and where you want your career to go. Haverton Recruitment does not charge candidates for finding work and cannot guarantee a role or visa sponsorship.
How we work with candidates
Care work is personal. The right workplace matters as much as the right job title, so we take time to understand what you bring and what you need next.
01
We tell you what a job really involves before you apply — the shifts, the travel, the pace and the culture. No surprises on day one. If a role is not right for you, we say so.
02
You will always know where you stand. If we put you forward, we tell you. If there is feedback, we share it. If a role falls through, you hear it from us first.
03
We look at your qualifications, your experience and the way you care, then match you with employers whose values fit yours.
04
You will never pay us to find you work. This is a legal requirement in the UK, and we state it openly because some candidates have been charged illegal fees elsewhere. If anyone asks you to pay for a job, walk away.
We cannot guarantee you a role, and we cannot guarantee visa sponsorship. Sponsorship depends on the employer holding a Home Office licence and on current immigration rules, which change frequently. We will always tell you honestly whether a role can or cannot sponsor before you invest your time.
Be open with us about your right to work, your experience and your references. Care is a regulated sector, and every candidate we put forward is screened to the standard safer recruitment requires. Honesty on both sides is how good placements happen.
