Haverton Recruitment
Permanent recruitment for health and social care roles.
What we do
We recruit exclusively for permanent roles in health and social care. It is the only sector we work in, and it is the sector we come from.
How we work
We look beyond a job title. A domiciliary Care Coordinator and a nursing home Team Leader are very different roles; we recruit accordingly.
01
We start by understanding your service, culture and what the role really needs — not just the job description.
02
We search actively rather than simply waiting for applications, and we are honest with candidates about shifts, travel and the realities of care work.
03
Candidates are screened to a standard appropriate for regulated care settings: right to work, full employment history and references, supporting safer recruitment in line with Schedule 3 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. For nursing roles, current NMC registration is checked.
04
We help structure values-based interviews, manage offers, support notice periods and stay in touch after placement. Success is a person still thriving months later, not just on day one.
